Asimov - Gouache experiment

Anyway, starting up the gouache stuff. Just finished up a page with two budgies. Thissun' is a variant on mine, but a bit too heavily-saturated. Asimov isn't a violet-- she's a mauve, so more of a blue gray color. I think the green and the light yellow I added to the face-shadows kind of kicked up the saturation a bit more than I was expecting. Ah well.

Just noticed eyes are a bit wonky, but I'll fix that next time I scan things. Which should be later today. Original image is like.. 2 inches square, basically.
